Weird Egg Productions was founded by Emmy-nominated writer/producer Jenny Klein. Currently, Jenny is the showrunner of upcoming series Spy Coast for Amazon Prime, adapting the bestselling book by Tess Gerritsen. Prior to that, Jenny was in an overall deal with eOne, after serving as showrunner/creator of the NBC limited series, “The Thing About Pam” starring Renée Zellweger.

Previously, Jenny was under an overall deal with Amazon Studios as Co-Executive Producer for “Daisy Jones & The Six”, the 2024 Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated Amazon limited series.

Jenny’s work as writer/producer includes big genre series like “The Witcher” for Netflix (she co-wrote the #1 Billboard rock single “Toss A Coin To Your Witcher”), Marvel’s “Jessica Jones”, Marvel's “Cloak & Dagger", Amazon’s “The Tick”, the CW’s “Supernatural” (for which she received a Hugo Award nomination for her episode “Just My Imagination”), and "Sacred Lies" on Facebook Watch.
